All our workers are DBS checked and have undergone Level 1 & 2 Safeguarding Training. Some have also undergone Level 3 Safeguarding Training.
We recognise our responsibility in Safeguarding all children, young people and have a Designated Safeguarding Person - Heather Morgan - who will ensure that all activities comply with our Safeguarding Policy & Procedures. |

PRIVACY NOTICE
KIDZKLUB & HOLIDAY CLUBS
Under Data Protection legislation the church Charity Trustees of Siloam Baptist Church are the Deacons and the Church Secretary acts as our Data Protection Officer.
We are collecting this information to enable the church to run the KidzKlub and/or Holiday Club safely and ensure we can contact you (or other nominated adult) in case of an emergency. Data Protection legislation allows us to process this information as we regard it as being in the church’s legitimate interest.
If you are unable to supply the information requested then we will be unable to accept your child at our KidzKlub and/or Holiday Club.
The information you supply will be held in paper form in a folder which will be kept in a securely locked safe in the church. Only the Deacons and a named Holiday Club leader will have access to this information.
The forms will be destroyed once your child stops coming to KidzKlub which is usually at the age of 12 or when the Holiday Club has finished.
We will NOT pass on this information to anyone else.
If you are concerned about the way your information is being handled please speak to our Data Protection Officer. If you are still unhappy you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office.
